What is the Kezekshi Mobile app?
Kezekshi is a mobile application for parents that allows them to receive real—time information about their child's school attendance, meals, books, and manage their profile.
Where can I download the Kezekshi Mobile app?
The app is available for download in the App Store (for iOS) and Google Play (for Android). Just type "Kezekshi Mobile" in the search.
Do I need to pay for using the app?
The app is available for free.
What data should I provide when registering for applications?
You only need to fill in your details (parent's details) and specify your phone number. After successful registration, the System will verify the parent's data with the student's data.
How do I add a child to the app?
If the school already uses the Kezekshi system, your child will be automatically linked to your account after registration. In case of absence, it is possible to add a child to the applications through the "Add child" functionality.
Why can't I see one of my children in the app?
Make sure that the school is connected to Kezekshi and uses the attendance tracking system. If the problem persists, contact customer support or the school administration through the "Chat with Tech" functionality.support."
How can I change my contact information (phone, e-mail, etc.)?
Go to the "Profile" section, select "Edit" and make the necessary changes.
I don't get notifications. What to do?
Check the notification settings on your device and in the app. Make sure that the permissions for Kezekshi Mobile are enabled. Also check your internet connection.
Is it possible to see the school cafeteria menu?
Yes, the application has a section called "Meals" and then "Canteen menu", where the current menu of the school canteen is published.
How can I recover my password?
On the login screen, click "Forgot your password?", enter your registered phone number, and follow the instructions.
